Job Title: Architectural Technologist - La-Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and other professionals to design and develop construction plans for various building projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, specifications, and models using specialized software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to create design concepts and develop technical drawings for construction projects
- Use specialized software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate measurements and information for construction plans
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design issues or discrepancies
- Review project plans throughout the design process to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
