Part-Time Architectural Technologist
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in La-Condamine. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for using your technical knowledge and expertise to support the design and construction process of buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for architecture and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with designs
- Use computer software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet legal requirements
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of $900 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the appropriate working visa for Monaco.
