Preservation Architect - La-Condamine, Monaco



A prestigious architecture firm in La-Condamine is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city of La-Condamine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on the history and architecture of buildings to be preserved
- Creating detailed preservation plans and proposals
- Overseeing restoration projects and ensuring compliance with historical preservation guidelines
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including contractors, government officials, and historical societies
- Conducting regular inspections of preserved structures to ensure their upkeep and maintenance
- Providing expert knowledge on preservation techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural preservation
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles and preservation techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in successfully completing restoration projects within budget and on schedule
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

The job will be based in La-Condamine, Monaco.
