Senior Architect - La-Condamine, Monaco

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our prestigious architecture firm in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing various architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final construction
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients
- Develop detailed plans and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
