Experienced Barista

A popular coffee shop in La-Condamine is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, following recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the bar area, tables, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Learn about new products and keep up-to-date with current trends in the coffee industry

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with various brewing methods such as pour over, French press, and espresso machines
- Passion for coffee and desire to continuously learn about different types of beans, roasts, and brewing techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy times while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
