Sales Representative



We are a leading retail company based in La Condamine, seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month, plus commission. As an added bonus, we also provide visa sponsorship for our international employees.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and close sales leads for our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue them through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and support each other's success

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (French fluency is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Highly motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
