Job Title: Instrument Technician

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, thermocouples, and transmitters
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and control systems
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy
- Monitor instrument performance and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Collaborate with engineers to develop maintenance schedules
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials
- Document all maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles and control systems
- Familiarity with electrical concepts and wiring diagrams
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1800/month
