As a talented and creative Pastry Chef, you will play an integral role in our boutique bakery located in the charming city of La Condamine, Monaco. Your passion for pastry making and attention to detail will be essential in creating delicious and visually stunning desserts that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts according to our bakery's recipes and standards
- Create new and innovative pastry items that reflect seasonal ingredients and current trends
- Ensure all products are presented beautifully and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain high-quality standards in production
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and control costs
- Maintain a clean work station and adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and health/safety regulations
- A creative eye for detail with the ability to design visually appealing desserts
- Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and take direction from superiors
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree or diploma preferred
- Certification from a reputable culinary school or apprenticeship program is an asset

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
