Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new dessert menus in collaboration with the executive chef
- Train and mentor pastry team members to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste by implementing efficient production processes
- Create custom desserts for special events or guest requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various pastry techniques and recipes
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in dessert presentation

Salary:
