Online Tutor

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Online Tutor to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels. Your main objective will be to help students achieve academic success by providing personalized instruction and support in various subjects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual tutoring sessions with students using online platforms
- Assessing students' academic needs and creating personalized lesson plans
- Providing subject-specific instruction, guidance, and support to students
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Communicating with parents or guardians as needed to provide updates on student performance
- Utilizing a variety of teaching techniques to keep students engaged and motivated
- Preparing students for exams and helping them develop study skills
- Collaborating with other tutors and teachers to share resources and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher (online tutoring experience is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of the subject(s) you will be teaching
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse student populations
- Proficient in using online tools such as video conferencing, interactive whiteboards, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on student availability (evenings/weekends)
- Native English speaker or fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1200/month

Note: This is a remote position without accommodation. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
