We are in search of a skilled Gardener to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of our gardens and outdoor spaces. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create and maintain beautiful and functional gardens.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants
- Maintaining and repairing garden structures, such as fences, trellises, and pathways
- Identifying and controlling pests and diseases
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Designing new garden layouts or making changes to existing ones
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing advice on plant selection, placement, care, and maintenance
- Ensuring gardens are well-maintained at all times
- Managing inventory of plants, tools, and supplies
- Operating gardening machinery such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, shrubs, and other greenery
- Strong understanding of gardening techniques such as planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing etc.
- Ability to identify pests and diseases in plants and take appropriate measures to control them
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients effectively
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging or lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when necessary

Salary: $1200 per month
