Experienced Mason


We are in need of an experienced Mason to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, concrete, stone, and other similar materials. Your main duties will include laying bricks or blocks according to blueprints or specifications, mixing mortar and grout, and operating various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Constructing walls, floors, and other structures by laying bricks or blocks in a specific pattern
- Measuring and cutting materials to fit specific dimensions
- Mixing mortar or grout according to the required consistency
- Applying mortar or grout between bricks or blocks using a trowel
- Using various tools such as hammers, chisels, levels, and saws to shape materials
- Repairing or replacing damaged bricks or blocks
- Operating machinery such as cement mixers and scaffolding
- Ensuring work meets safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mason is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Proficient in using tools and equipment associated with masonry work
- Physically fit with good stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a full time job located in La-Condamine.
