Handyman Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman Supervisor to join our team in La Condamine. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month. As the Handyman Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of handymen and ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of handymen, providing guidance and support as needed
- Inspect properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Create work schedules for the team and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to the expected quality standards
- Train new handymen on company procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ordering replacements as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress or address any concerns
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Handyman Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Must be able to live in company-provided accommodation
- Visa sponsorship available for non-residents of La Condamine
