Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in La-Condamine on a part-time basis. As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients and colleagues
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Assist with data entry and filing of documents
- Update and maintain databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must have own visa or work permit
- Availability to work part-time hours
Salary: $1100 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
City: La-Condamine, Monaco (open to all nationalities)
