Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in La-Condamine. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and development within the company.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of professionals, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your primary duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. You must also have strong communication skills and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle correspondence with clients and partners
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners) is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
