Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in La-Condamine. This individual will handle administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. They should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with external service providers
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the office
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding any questions or concerns about office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting processes preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of French language is a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
