Part-Time Office Manager

As a part-time office manager in our busy La-Condamine office, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. You will be expected to have prior experience in office management, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Facilitate communication between different departments within the company.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in basic accounting tasks preferred.

This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. The salary for this part-time role is 1600$ per month with accommodation provided.
