Hotel Sales Manager - La Condamine
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by identifying and targeting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing marketing strategies. You will also oversee the sales team and ensure they are meeting their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop strategic plans to increase hotel sales and revenue
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the hotel's services and facilities
- Collaborate with other departments to create marketing strategies and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet their targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
