Part-Time Concierge in La-Condamine



We are hiring a part-time Concierge to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Your role will involve making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local activities and dining options. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills. Salary: $1300/month (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests for transportation, activities, and restaurants
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel promotions and services
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Own visa required

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule may vary depending on hotel occupancy levels. The majority of work will take place in the hotel lobby area which can be busy at times. Some standing, walking, bending, lifting may be required.
