IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and growth within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for the organization's information technology systems
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and databases
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or new systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and implement solutions
- Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and databases
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they occur
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certification in project management or IT management
- Experience working with cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with data analytics tools

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Fonvieille (accommodation provided if needed)

This is a full-time position but part-time options can be considered for exceptional candidates. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but must have valid work visa for Fonvieille.
