Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst in our company, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization's sensitive data and ensuring the security of our systems. You will be responsible for analyzing potential vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, and monitoring for any suspicious activity. Your main goal will be to safeguard our company's information against cyber threats and attacks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect our information assets.
- Monitor network traffic for any signs of malicious activity or unauthorized access.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and industry best practices to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of security controls on new systems or applications.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on information security awareness.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and industry standards such as ISO 27001.
- Experience with conducting vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus or Metasploit.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Location: Fonvieille
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable)
