Dismantler and Recycling Technician

As a Dismantler and Recycling Technician, you will play a crucial role in the disposal and recycling of various materials and equipment. You will be responsible for dismantling, sorting, and preparing items for recycling or proper disposal. This job requires physical strength and the ability to work with various tools and machinery. You must also have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all materials are properly sorted and recycled according to regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Dismantle various items such as electronics, appliances, and machinery using hand tools or power tools.
- Sort dismantled materials into appropriate categories such as metal, plastic, glass, etc.
- Prepare materials for recycling by removing any hazardous components or contaminants.
- Operate machinery such as shredders or compactors to process materials for recycling.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety procedures.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damaged items.
- Follow all regulations related to proper disposal and recycling of materials.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in dismantling.
- Attention to detail to ensure proper sorting of materials.
- Ability to follow safety procedures at all times.
- Knowledge of regulations related to recycling and proper disposal of materials (preferred).
- Biometric passport (preferred).

This full-time position offers a salary of $1500 per month. The job is located in Fonvieille but does not include accommodation.
