Part-Time Architectural Designer


We are in need of a talented Part-Time Architectural Designer to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and blueprints for various projects. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all necessary codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans using various software programs
- Collaborate with project manager to ensure designs meet client's needs and budget
- Make revisions to designs as needed based on feedback from clients or team members
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Communicate effectively with contractors and vendors during construction phase
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to incorporate into designs
