Part-Time Architectural Designer


A dynamic and innovative architectural firm in Fonvieille is seeking a Part-Time Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to work on a variety of projects in a flexible and supportive environment.

As a Part-Time Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating conceptual designs, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating with clients and project managers. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with project managers to develop design concepts
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Create 3D models or renderings as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to create 3D models or renderings using advanced software
