Junior Commercial Architect (Contract) - Fonvieille, Monaco


We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts and plans for commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing buildings or spaces to determine feasibility and potential for redesign
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using computer software
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and make necessary changes to designs accordingly
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance in all projects
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors/vendors
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to present designs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings/models
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods preferred but not required
