Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial structures and buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements. Your role will involve conducting site evaluations, developing plans and blueprints, and coordinating with engineers and construction teams to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial structures
- Conduct site evaluations to assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of industrial design principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Fonvieille (open to candidates from any nationality)
