Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation at our upscale restaurant in Fonvieille. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, sourcing high-quality ingredients, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection. You will also be in charge of maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, as well as managing food costs and inventory.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, with a strong background in French cuisine. You must possess excellent leadership skills and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, with potential for growth within our company.
