Job Title: Construction Project Manager



We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline goals
- Oversee project progress, monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Evaluate and mitigate potential risks related to construction projects
- Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
