Sales Manager - Fonvieille, France
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, France. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Ability to travel as needed
Salary: 1300$ per month + commission on sales.
This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-French nationals. We are looking for someone who can start immediately as this is an urgent job opportunity.
