A reputable construction company in Fonvieille is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and must possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing broken fixtures
- Conduct repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform other minor carpentry work
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent technical skills with knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor as needed
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Fonvieille but may require occasional travel within the surrounding areas.
