Contract Administrator (Fonvieille, Monaco)
We are hiring a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of contract administration for our company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract management and a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Track contract expiration dates and renewals
- Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract negotiations
- Coordinate with legal counsel to draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents
- Provide support during the bidding process for new contracts
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract management or administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
- Experience working with biometric passports is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Please note that having a biometric passport is preferred but not required.
