Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
City: Fonvieille, Monaco
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fonvieille. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
