We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
- Must have a valid visa to work in Monaco
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
