Chef de Cuisine
As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations. This includes creating and designing menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and managing inventory and budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Design menus that are creative, appealing, and reflect current food trends
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper sanitation procedures
- Maintain food quality standards by inspecting ingredients, monitoring cooking methods, and tasting dishes
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop marketing strategies for new menu items
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Monitor budget to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity in menu design and presentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
