Junior Commercial Architect

A fast-growing architectural firm in La-Condamine is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a key member of our commercial design team, you will work closely with senior architects to develop innovative and functional designs for commercial spaces. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the design process, including concept development, drafting, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create design concepts for commercial projects
- Assist in preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct research on materials and building codes
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
