Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to design and develop commercial buildings that meet our clients' needs and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Work with senior architects to produce plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and present design proposals
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed models and renderings of proposed designs
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts for construction projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience in commercial architecture or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client meetings and collaboration with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$, depending on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Fonvieille. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
