Restaurant Manager (Malayalee)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Jizan. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining a positive dining experience for customers. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage schedules and payroll for employees
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and attract new customers
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
