Merchandiser (Isa Town)



The Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience in our Isa Town location. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans in alignment with company standards
- Create attractive product displays that highlight key features and promotions
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and products are replenished as needed
- Work closely with store management to analyze sales data and adjust displays accordingly
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and priced
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop in-store promotions and events

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with design software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in our Isa Town store. Accommodation will not be provided.
