We are in need of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive manner to increase sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies and plans.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits to ensure that our products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and displays.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and market analysis.
- Own visa (preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must be willing to work full time.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Isa Town, Bahrain. Applicants with own visa will be given preference.
