We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting data from various sources and ensuring its accuracy
- Analyzing data using statistical methods and tools
- Identifying trends and patterns in the data to provide actionable insights
- Communicating findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Developing data models and visualizations to present complex information in an easy-to-understand format
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
