We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Acre, Israel. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support and mentoring as needed
- Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality of work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project progress
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, address any issues or concerns, and foster a positive working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) is preferred
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
