We are seeking an experienced and driven Indian Teamlead to join our multinational company in Acre. As a teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient project delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training when necessary
- Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth collaboration
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to relocate to Acre, with accommodation provided by the company
