Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services in Kaunas, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our residential and commercial properties. Your primary duties will include performing general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Performing general repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, patching holes in walls, etc.
- Troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other facilities
- Completing minor carpentry work such as installing shelves or repairing furniture
- Painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Good time management skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
