Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician



We are looking for a skilled Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kaunas, Egypt. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of properties. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing/replacing plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets and switches, light fixtures, doors and locks, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any potential issues or repair needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues efficiently
- Perform basic carpentry work such as building shelves, installing cabinets, etc.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Keep the property clean and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or Property Maintenance Technician
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one before starting work

Salary: 1400$ per month.
