We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and identify potential problems.
- Troubleshoot network issues involving LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Administer servers including installation, maintenance, security updates, and data backups.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Evaluate system performance and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain system documentation including configuration guides and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, DNS/DHCP services, VLANs etc.
- Experience with server administration in Windows/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month.
