Dishwasher - Part Time

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas of the restaurant. This position is vital to the smooth operation of the restaurant as it ensures that dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual or industrial equipment
- Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff
- Monitor dishwashing machine water temperature to ensure sanitizing wash cycle compliance
- Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, sinks, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including sweeping and mopping floors
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal area
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a dishwasher preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or valid work permit in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Strong work ethic with ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
