Mason Supervisor

Our construction company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in masonry work and be able to effectively communicate in English. This position is suitable for men, and preference will be given to Indian nationals.

As a Mason Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of our team of masons. This includes ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications, managing schedules and deadlines, and providing guidance and training to junior masons. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You must also have a solid understanding of construction materials and techniques, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. As our company prides itself on quality workmanship, you must have a strong attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality results.

Salary for this position is $1000 per month without accommodation. However, we do provide free visa and ticket for Indian nationals who are selected for this role.
