As a CNC Operator at our manufacturing facility in Split, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. Your main duties will include setting up and operating machines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall efficiency of production processes. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job orders and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure production efficiency and quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished products for accuracy
- Keep track of inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Familiarity with CNC programming software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
