Job Title: Database Administrator


Our company, located in Jerusalem, is currently seeking a Database Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in managing and maintaining databases to ensure their security, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems according to company needs
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop data models and implement data quality measures
- Ensure data security and integrity through backup systems and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or other databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
