We are a reputable architecture firm based in Ashdod, seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and we welcome applications from Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and construction.
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on design concepts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects or with international clients.
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
